For projects with a proposal listed, select the proposal and proceed with bidding.
For projects with no proposal listed, either go to Bid Express® at www.bidexpress.com or select the Become a Plan Holder link next to the project below. If selecting the Become a Plan Holder link, please fill out the request completely. Once completed, press the submit button and a link to the proposal and plans will be emailed to the submitted email address and the Contractor will be added to the Plan Holder's List. Please allow 24 hours for us to email the link. The Plan Holder's List will be updated once we have a chance to repost the list and will only contain plan holders who pulled plans through the Become a Plan Holder link.
Please note that there will be two separate Plan Holders lists, one on Fulton County’s Bid Postings page and one on Bid Express®. If you are not a current Bid Express® user, please register for a free vendor account to reference the Fulton County Bid Express® page at https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/90525/home and select any project to view plan holders who pulled plans through Bid Express®.
