The Fulton County Prosecutor's office works very closely with the Fulton County Child Support Enforcement Agency, with more than 550 matters being referred to the Prosecutor's office for court action every year (i.e., motions for contempt of court for failing to pay for child support, modifications of child support, establishment of parentage, criminal charges related to non-support of dependents, etc.). Collection of child support exceeds $6.5 million annually. The Fulton County Prosecutor's office is fully committed to using every available enforcement tool to collect unpaid child support on behalf of the Fulton County Children who are not being supported by their parents.
