The Fulton County Prosecutor's Office handles cases after the defendants have been convicted of a crime in Fulton County Common Pleas Court. We also handle criminal cases after defendants have been convicted of certain misdemeanor crimes in Fulton County Court (Eastern Division- Swanton and Western Division - Wauseon). The Prosecutor also represents the county before the Sixth District Court of Appeals, and the Ohio Supreme Court. Every person convicted of a crime is entitled to at least one appeal, as a matter of right, to the Sixth District Court of Appeals.
