Background Check

Fulton County offers Electronic fingerprinting by appointment on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays between 8:30 am - 3:30 pm excluding holidays.

A local background check can also be performed Monday through Friday between 8:30 am - 3:30 pm excluding holidays

Call (419) 335-4010 Monday-Friday between 8 am - 4 pm to schedule an appointment.

You will need a photo ID and cash or check according to the type of request.

Local Background Check (Sheriff’s Office records only) - $10.00
Ohio State BCI Check - $30.00
Nationwide FBI Check - $42.00

For FBI checks you must be informed of the FBI Noncriminal Justice Applicant's Privacy Rights Letter.
