LEGAL NOTICE

    The Fulton County Commissioners will receive bids for ODOT Item 703 Aggregate Materials to be used in Fulton County highway projects and maintenance programs during the 2022 calendar year.  BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED UNTIL 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at the Fulton County Commissioners Office, 152 S. Fulton Street, Suite 270, Wauseon, Ohio, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

    Proposals and Specifications may be obtained or examined at the office of Frank T. Onweller, Fulton County Engineer, 9120-14, Wauseon, Ohio.

    By a unanimous vote of the Board of Fulton County Commissioners, all of the requirements of Section 153.54 of the Revised Code have been waived for these bids.

    The Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
