NOTICE TO OWNER OF LAND AFFECTED BY THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT, OF
ASSESSMENT, OF DATE OF FINAL HEARING AND
OF FILING CLAIMS FOR COMPENSATION AND DAMAGES
Ohio Revised Code §6131.16

Dated this 26th day of October, 2015

In the matter of:
Single County Ditch No. 2125, Petitioned for by James Moden, et al.

You, and each of you, as landowners of record on this day, are hereby notified that on the 8th day of October, 2015, the County Engineer has filed in the office of the Board of Commissioners the maps, profiles, plans, schedules and assessment/damages on each tract of land in the above named improvement on the following course and termini to wit:

Commencing approximately 590 feet west and twenty five (25) feet south of the northeast corner of Section 2, Town-7-North, Range-6-East, in Dover Township, Fulton County, Ohio; and

Thence, continuing in a south and southeasterly direction, following the route and course of the tile installed through a single county drainage improvement petition in 1909, Ditch No. 942, to an existing catch basin located near the west right-of-way line of County Road 14, approximately 1,710 feet south of the northeast corner of said Section 2; and

Thence, continuing through County Road 14, via the existing 15-inc road crossover, terminating at the catch basin near the east right-of-way line of County Road 14, at the upper terminus of a single county drainage improvement known as tile Branch 3 of South Branch of Bad Creek, Ditch 1960, installed in 1964 and currently maintained by Fulton County.

This improvement will be known as the upper reach of tile Branch 3 of the South Branch of Bad Creek.

You are further notified that the Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County has fixed the 24th day of November, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., in their chambers at 152 South Fulton, Suite 270, Wauseon, Ohio, as the time and place of the FINAL HEARING on the report of the County Engineer, and on the proceedings for the improvement. All claims for compensation or damages must be filed with the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners before that date. Notice must be given to the Board of Commissioners of your intention to pay cash within (21) twenty-one days after the final hearing.
