To the owners of land named in the Petition of Legal Record on the Date of its Filing:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 20th day of July, 2015, Philip Herring, filed a Single County Ditch Petition, as provided for under §6131.04 of the Ohio Revised Code, with the Clerk of the County Commissioners of Fulton County, Ohio. The substance and prayer of said application is that the construction of the improvement is necessary, will benefit the petitioner(s), and will be conducive to the public welfare, and prays for the making of such improvement to inspect and repair an existing 12-inch outlet tile on the course hereinafter set forth:
Commencing at a catch basin located approximately 1,327 feet west and 25 feet south of the Northeast Corner of Section 6, T-7-N, R-6-E, in Dover Township, Fulton County, Ohio.
Then, continuing downstream to the south and west, across the McQuillin Property, parcel 07-017444.000 following the route and course of a 12-inch outlet tile installed by Lowell Ayers and others in 2009, terminating at a stand pipe near the property line between the McQuillin and Ayers, parcel 07-017476-00.000 properties.
The total project length is approximately 1,600 feet.
The 12 inch tile is part of the upper Br. 1a Chesterfield No. 2 outlet tile system.
If the improvement is ordered by the Board of Commissioners all costs of construction, engineering, and future maintenance will be assessed to the benefiting parcels of land.
If you are the owner of legal record on the date of the filing of the petition you are hereby notified that the Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County has fixed the following dates and times for public attendance on the matter:
