NOTICE TO OWNER OF LAND AFFECTED BY THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT, OF
ASSESSMENT, OF DATE OF FINAL HEARING AND
OF FILING CLAIMS FOR COMPENSATION AND DAMAGES
Ohio Revised Code §6131.16
You are hereby notified that the County Engineer filed in this office on the 21st day of July, 2014, the maps, profiles, plans, schedules and reports in the matter of Single County Ditch No. 2108, Petitioned for by Lawrence E. Storeholder, et al., and that a Final Public Hearing will be held on the Engineer’s Report, and on the proceedings for the improvement on each tract of land owned by you in the petitioned area, also known as Branch 3 of Fewless Creek, the following course and termini to wit:
Commencing approximately 245 feet east and 1520 feet south of the North quarter of Section 2,7, T-7-N, R—E in Swancreek Township, Fulton County, Ohio;
Thence, continuing in a northerly direction to a point near said North quarter corner on the south side of Swancreek Township Road E between Roads 3 and 4;
Thence, continuing east, on the south right-of-way of Township Road E, a distance of approximately 740 feet;
Thence, continuing in a northerly direction, crossing Township Road E, a distance of approximately 2,170 feet, terminating at Fewless Creek Main in Section 22, T-7-N, R-8-E of Swancreek Township.
All costs of construction, engineering, and future maintenance will be assessed to the benefiting parcels of land should the petition be approved. This hearing will take place on the 11th day of September, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the Fulton County Commissioners’ Chambers located at 152 S. Fulton Street, Suite 270, Wauseon, Ohio. Should the Board of Commissioners reaffirm their prior ORDER finding for the improvement, and if you wish to pay your assessment in cash, you must give written notice within twenty-one (21) days after the hearing
