LEGAL NOTICE
The Fulton County Board of Commissioners will receive sealed bids for a 2012 Hot Shot Truck, at the Fulton County Commissioners’ Office, 152 S. Fulton St., Suite 270, Wauseon, Ohio until 10:30 a.m. on July 19, 2012, at which time thereafter they will be publicly opened and read aloud at approximately 10:31A.M.
Board Estimate of Cost: $38,000.00
Proposal and specifications may be obtained or examined at the office of Fulton County Board of Commissioners, 152 South Fulton Street, Suite 270, Wauseon, Ohio 43567 on weekdays, excluding holidays, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. local time. Proposals and specifications may also be obtained on the Board’s website at www.fultoncountyoh.com.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 153.54, each bidder shall be required to file with the bid a bond in accordance with §307.88 of the Revised Code, providing for the Bid Bond in the full amount of 5% the bid.
The Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
