The HEAP Summer Cooling Program will once again be available in 2014 from July st to August st. This program provides assistance with the cost of summer cooling (electric bills) and can provide a free air conditioner to eligible house holds residing in Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Paulding, Van Wert, and Williams counties.
