The HEAP Summer Cooling Program will once again be availalbe in 2014 from July 1st to August 31st. This progam provides assistance with the cost of summer cooling (electric bills) and can provide a free air conditioner to eligible house holds resigin in Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Paulding, Van Wert, and Williams counties.
