As of July 31, 2019, The Benefit Bank (which provided the software necessary to facilitate free tax preparation) will cease operations due to circumstances beyond our control. After this time, counselors and clients will not be able to access accounts or any previously submitted data, including important tax filing information.
Copies of your tax returns can be accessed by logging into Ohio Benefit Bank using the username/password information included in your latest tax return envelope. Copies of tax transcripts are also available online or through the mail via the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Tax transcripts can be requested by clicking here.
