Tornado Safety Drill Conducted by Fulton County EMA at Job & Family Services
Safety is always a top priority. The Fulton County Emergency Management Agency conducted a tornado drill to practice evacuation procedures at Fulton County Job & Family Services (JFS). JFS staff evacuated with clients to the designated area in 2 minutes and were "all clear" in 3 minutes 3 seconds. JFS Director Amy Metz-Simon commented "Practice ensures staff and clients are safe in real life situations. Fulton County is fortunate to have an EMA willing to provide training and evaluate safety procedures." Special thanks to EMA Director Becky Goble and Peggy Volkman, EMA Administrative Assistant for orchestrating the tornado drill.
