Northwestern Ohio Community Action Commission of NW Ohio announces the 2018 SUMMER CRISIS PROGRAM. The Summer Crisis Program is a cooling assistance program that may provide a one-time payment towards an electric bill, and/or air conditioner or fan, and/or central air unit repair. The Program begins July 1st, 2018 and runs through August 31, 2018.
