On Saturday February 15th, The Fulton County Senior Center invites all Seniors to an evening out at the Fayette Opera House for a performance by The Cottonwood Jam String Band.
A part of the Fayette Opera House’s “Guest Artist Series” The Cottonwood Jam String Band will sing love songs with a nod to Valentine’s Day and a tribute to the late Pete Seeger. The Band hailing from Toledo is best known for their rousing concoction of Americana including bluegrass, old-time, Irish, folk, a dash of blues and a tad of Cajun music.
This performance is open to the public, but all Fulton County Seniors age 60 and over are eligible for a low cost discounted ticket rate. The Fayette Opera House provides a location for food and fellowship for area Seniors in conjunction with the Fulton County Senior Center every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am-2:00pm.
