NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FULTON COUNTY BOARD of COMMISSIONERS
On June 20, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., the Fulton County Board of Commissioners will conduct a 2nd public hearing at the Fulton County Commissioners Session Room, 152 S. Fulton St., Wauseon, OH 43567.
The hearing pertains to the rezoning of a proposed 1.79 acre parcel of land in Amboy Township. The applicant, Swanton DOHP, LCC, on behalf of Heintshel Family Farm, LLC, requests for consideration the amending of the Fulton County Rural Zoning Code, Section 100-4.2, Zoning Plan. The proposed amendment is for the rezoning from Agricultural/Rural Estate District (AG/RE) to Commercial (C-3) the following described property situated in Section 23, T9S R4E, Amboy Township, County of Fulton and State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of P.N. 01-001688-00.000 and on the centerline of US 20 and the south line of said Section 23, said corner also being the Point of Beginning of the parcel of land hereinafter described, then clockwise along the following six courses and distances:
1) Thence along said centerline and the south line of said Section 23, N 90º 00 ’00” W for a distance of 250 ft. to a point;
2) N 0º 00’ 00” E for a distance of 100 ft. to a point;
3) N 90º 00’ 00” E for a distance of 50 ft. to a point;
4) N 0º 00’ 00” E for a distance of 265 ft. to a point;
5) N 90º 00’ 00” E for a distance of 200 ft. to a point on the east line of said parcel;
6) Thence along said east line S 0º 00’ 00” E for a distance of 365 ft. to the Point of Beginning.
A recommendation of the Zoning Commission has been received and a second public hearing is necessary so the Board can render the final decision.
