LEGAL NOTICE

Fulton County Job & Family Services is Requesting Qualification for a child care program to inspect, monitor and recommend for licensure to ODJFS Type B child care providers for child care services for Fulton County families who are eligible for publicly funded child care services. This would involve training the Type B child care providers, providing ongoing case management for consumers eligible for publicly funded child care services and other additional services for publicly funded child care program. FCJFS wishes to contract with an experienced community consultant for assistance in the design and implementation of providing child care services here in Fulton County

This contract is contingent upon the availability of funding. In the discretion of the agency, should funding not be available for the proposed services, this contract may be terminated or reduced as determined necessary by the agency.
