LEGAL NOTICE
SUBJECT: Request for Proposals for Vocational Training/
Job Coaching/Vocational Development/Personal Budgeting
Fulton County Job & Family Services is requesting proposals for Vocational Training/Job Coaching/Vocational Development/Personal Budgeting with consumers referred from Fulton County Job and Family Services. This would involve Manufacturing, Clerical, Computer, or other skills needed within Fulton County. FCJFS wishes to contract with an experienced community consultant to provide entry level Vocational Training/Job Coaching/Vocational Development/Personal Budgeting for individuals. This would also include transportation.
The Vocational Training/Job Coaching/Vocational Development/Personal Budgeting Program shall be comprised of services that include:
• The provider uses its best efforts in assuring that the participants referred from FCJFS adjusts to his or her work environment, understands employer’s expectations as they relate to good work behavior, attendance, punctuality, work quality and quantity, responsibility and accountability. Success of program will be measured by continued employment of participant.
• The Provider will make every effort to initiate and facilitate good lines of communication between other providers, supervisor, coworkers, and participant to achieve a good working relationship during the participant’s job coaching, shadowing, and experience.
• Vocational development assessments that will provide an evaluation service designed to identify an individual’s vocational strengths, abilities, skills, occupational interests and what service is needed to assist the individual in obtaining their goal. Upon completion of assessment, an obtainable goal(s) will be established. Success of program will be that the provider is able to identify skills, strengths, abilities, etc. and transfer that information into a job or training in which that person can succeed.

This contract is contingent upon the availability of funding. In the discretion of the agency, should funding not be available for the proposed services, this contract may be terminated or reduced as determined necessary by the agency.
