NOTICE TO OWNER OF LAND AFFECTED BY THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT, OF
ASSESSMENT, OF DATE OF FINAL HEARING AND
OF FILING CLAIMS FOR COMPENSATION AND DAMAGES
Ohio Revised Code §6131.16

Dated this 7th day of November, 2013

In the matter of:
Single County Ditch No. 2118, Petitioned for by Carl Haas Jr., et al.

You, and each of you, as landowners of record on this day, are hereby notified that on the 26th day of September, 2013, the County Engineer has filed in the office of the Board of Commissioners the maps, profiles, plans, schedules and assessment/damages on each tract of land in the above named improvement on the following course and termini to wit:

Commencing at the upper terminus of an open ditch known as Branch 11d of Bad Creek, being more particularly described as beginning at a point approximately 2,040 feet east and 345 feet north of the north of the west Quarter Corner of Section 10, T7N, R7E in York Township, Fulton County, Ohio;

Thence, continuing in an easterly direction along Branch 11d of Bad Creek, a distance of about 675 feet, to Branch 11 of Bad Creek;

Thence, continuing to the east southeast, following the route of said Branch 11 of Bad Creek, across Section 10 to State Route 109;

Thence, crossing State Route 109 and continuing in a southeasterly direction along the line Branch 11 of Bad Creek, terminating at the box culvert under the Indiana and Ohio Railway.

You are further notified that the Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County has fixed the 26th day of November, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., in their chambers at 152 South Fulton, Suite 270, Wauseon, Ohio, as the time and place of the FINAL HEARING on the report of the County Engineer, and on the proceedings for the improvement. All claims for compensation or damages must be filed with the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners before that date. Notice must be given to the Board of Commissioners of your intention to pay cash within (21) twenty-one days after the final hearing.
