ASSESSMENT, OF DATE OF FINAL HEARING AND
OF FILING CLAIMS FOR COMPENSATION AND DAMAGES

In the matter of:
Single County Ditch No. 2113, Petitioned for by Roger Debacker, et al.
You, and each of you, as landowners of record on this day, are hereby notified that on the 26th day of September, 2013, the County Engineer has filed in the office of the Board of Commissioners the maps, profiles, plans, schedules and assessment/damages on each tract of land in the above named improvement on the following course and termini to wit:
Commencing approximately 1660 feet west and 250 feet north of the East Quarter Corner of Section 21, T-9-S, R-3-E, in Royalton Township, Fulton County, Ohio;
Thence continuing in an east northeasterly direction following the alignment of the open ditch, approximately 4.6 miles to County Road 7;
Thence crossing into Amboy Township and continuing to the north, east of County Road 7, eventually crossing back into Royalton Township and continuing to the north along the west side of County Road 7, across State Route 120;
Terminating at Big Bear Creek 1500 feet north of State Route 120 in Section 12, T-9-S, R-3-E, in Royalton Township.
This open ditch is known as Little Bear Creek.
You are further notified that the Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County has fixed the 21ST day of November, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., in their chambers at 152 South Fulton, Suite 270, Wauseon, Ohio, as the time and place of the FINAL HEARING on the report of the County Engineer, and on the proceedings for the improvement. All claims for compensation or damages must be filed with the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners before that date. Notice must be given to the Board of Commissioners of your intention to pay cash within (21) twenty-one days after the final hearing.
