Drainage Improvement Petition 2121-Kurivial
Branch 9 of Swan Creek
To the owners of land named in the Petition of Legal Record on the Date of it’s Filing:
YOU, AND EACH OF YOU, ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 10th day of September, 2013, John Kurivial filed a Single County Ditch Petition, as provided for under §6131.04 of the Ohio Revised Code, with the Clerk of the County Commissioners of Fulton County, Ohio. The substance and prayer of which said application is, that the construction of the improvement is necessary, will benefit the petitioner(s), and will be conducive to the public welfare, and prays for the making of such improvement to replace a section of an existing outlet tile known as tile Branch 9 of Swan Creek, installed through a single county drainage petition in 1910, located in Swancreek Township, on the course hereinafter set forth:
Commencing at an existing catch basin near the south right-of-way line of the Norfolk and Southern Railroad, located approximately 1,125 feet north and 66 feet west of the Southeast Corner of Section 8, T-7-N; R-8-E in Swancreek Township, Fulton County, Ohio;
Thence, continuing in a southeasterly direction along the line of an existing outlet tile to an existing catch basin on the north right-of-way of US 20A and State Route 2 and there to terminate.
This outlet is known as Branch 9 of Swan Creek.
All costs of construction, engineering, and future maintenance will be assessed to the benefiting parcels of land should the improvement be ordered.
If you are an owner of legal record on the date of the filing of the petition, you are hereby notified that the Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County has fixed October 15, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. as the time and date of the VIEW, at the site of the proposed improvement, and also October 29, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Room of the office of the Fulton County Commissioners at 152 S. Fulton Street, Suite 270, Wauseon, Ohio, as the time and place, for the FIRST HEARING on the petition.
