The Board of Elections of Fulton County Ohio issues this Proclamation and Notice of Election. A Special Election will be held on Tuesday, the 7th day of May, 2013. At the usual place of holding elections in each and every precinct throughout Fulton County or at such places as the Board may designate for the purpose of determining the following questions and issues.
