LEGAL NOTICE
Fulton County Job & Family Services is Requesting Proposals for Non-Emergency Transportation Services for customers referred from Fulton County Job and Family Services. This would involve transporting individuals for agency, medical, work related appointments, or family-related appointments in the Fulton County and surrounding area. FCJFS wishes to contract with an experienced community consultant for assistance in providing transportation services for individuals.

This contract is contingent upon the availability of funding. In the discretion of the agency, should funding not be available for the proposed services, this contract may be terminated or reduced as determined necessary by the agency.
