Responsibilities
Juvenile courts have jurisdiction over all cases involving juveniles, including juveniles found to be delinquent, unruly, abused, or neglected. Jurisdiction includes child abuse and cases of nonsupport, paternity, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
