The Fulton County Clerk of Courts Title Office is a 3rd party vendor for the BMV Driver Examination Station. This testing is for Ohio residents who hold a valid Ohio Learners Permit and who are required to take a road driving test and a maneuverability test. The cost is $20.00 for a driving test and $20.00 for a maneuverability test and we accept cash, checks and credit cards.
