Congregate Meals

Not only do seniors receive a well-balanced lunch, but they also have the opportunity to socialize, make new friends, and renew old acquaintances. The staff at the Fulton County Senior Center prepares hot, nutritious, well-balanced lunches each weekday for seniors 60 years and over who live in Fulton County. These lunches are available at the following sites: Wauseon, Archbold, Delta, Fayette and Swanton.

Home Delivered Meals

Home delivered meals are offered every weekday, except for legal holidays and weekends to Seniors age 60 and over throughout Fulton County.

Qualifications:

  • Fulton County resident age 60 and over and
  • Agrees to have an in-home assessment and
  • Primarily homebound
  • Agrees to be home when the meal is delivered
  • Agrees to be home when the meal is delivered
  • Unable to prepare own meals
  • Demonstrates limitations due to physical difficulties

Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP)

For Fulton County older adults meeting the eligibility requirements, 10 $5 coupons, valid until October 31st, 2017 will be available to be used at participating farm stands and markets to purchase locally grown, fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and honey.
