New Fulton County Senior Center Facility 

 Sealed bids will be received by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners as provided in this notice for the Fulton County Senior Center Project. Contract Documents may be viewed and ordered online from Becker Impressions, 4646 Angola Road, Toledo Ohio 43615, (419) 385-5303, www.beckerimpressions.com.  Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Fulton County Board of Commissioners, ATTN Vond T. Hall, County Administrator, 152 S. Fulton Street, Wauseon, Ohio 43567, and plainly marked on the outside "FULTON COUNTY SENIOR CENTER PROJECT BID."  Bids will be received until 9:00 A.M., local time February 16, 2023 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read.

 A pre-bid conference will be held on January 26, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fulton County Administration Office Building Conference Room, 152 South Fulton Street, Wauseon, Ohio 43567.

 All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
