Re-Entry Connection

Re-Entry Connection

The Re-Entry Connection is a program addressing common barriers offenders face when released from incarceration. Barriers may include lack of transportation, financial difficulties, absence of a diploma, job seeking skills, mental health and substance abuse.

This program identifies barriers and then “connects” offenders, family members and/or significant others to the resources needed to overcome these barriers.
