Hear stories shared by costumed guides in historic homes and shops, take a ride on the Erie Express train, visit animals in the farmyard and marvel at working craftsmen blending skill and creativity in glass, metal, fiber, wood and clay.

We have live musicians, produce, baked goods, cheese, honey, soap, herbs, flowers, arts & crafts - all locally grown and made. Many times we have presenters and demonstrations as well as contests - like the salsa challenge and pumpkin decorating and an activity table for children. A nurse from the FCHC comes every month to check blood pressure and blood sugar.

Fresh seasonal produce, honey, flowers, plants, and baked goods will be available at our NEW location, Sauder Village parking lot. This year we will have tomatoes, strawberries and vegetables of all sorts. There will be handmade artisan soap, honey, jam and other treats! EAT LOCAL for the freshest food!

Thursday, October 5, 2017, 7:00 pm, Fayette Normal Memorial Library and the Bean Creek Valley History Center will be conducting a Lantern Tour at the Pleasant View Union Cemetery, Fayette, Ohio. Individuals in period dress will be at some of the gravesites and give a short recitation about that individual and what role they played in the history of Fayette and the Bean Creek Valley area. Admission for this event will be $5.00 per person. Bring flashlights or lanterns and any walking devices you may need. After the tour, refreshments will be available at the home of Ruth Marlatt, who's historic home sits adjacent to the cemetery grounds.
