Gas Cards, Car Repairs and Utility Disconnections - PRC to the Rescue!

The Prevention, Retention and Contingency Plan (PRC) provides assistance to those who are income eligible who have a minor child in the home. This assistance includes gas cards, car repairs, payment of utility bills and rent payment, to name a few.
