All Adoptable Dogs are now transferred to the Fulton County Humane Society after the statutorily required three (3) day period it must be temporarily housed at the dog kennel of the Fulton County Dog Wardens' Office.
Occasionally, if the Fulton County Humane Society is full, dogs will be housed at the Fulton County Pound and will be available for adoption. You can check for adoptable dogs at the link below.
While dogs and other animals at the Fulton County Dog Warden’s Office may be photographed for purposes of facilitating their adoption, the mere act of photographing an animal does not guarantee the availability of that animal for adoption during the statutorily required three (3) day period it must be temporarily housed at the dog kennel of the Fulton County Dog Warden’s Office or anytime thereafter. Moreover, photographing an animal for purposes of facilitating its adoption does not alter the mandatory three (3) day period a dog must be kept at the dog kennel.
Additionally, as much as we strive to keep the photographs updated, a posted photograph does not guarantee that a dog is still housed at the shelter and available for adoption
Persons interested in meeting with a dog are welcome to stop by the dog kennel of the Fulton County Dog Warden's Office.
